CHRISTCHURCH, April 22. R. Arnst has decided to row for the championship, of the world on the Wanganui River, Akaroa being abandoned owing to the risk of cold or rough weather. He will go to AVeilington to-morrow by the AVaikare. Arnst caught a severe cold after pacing his brother Jack in his Christ-church-to-Dunedin cycling record. He has been confined to bed for some days, but is again on foot.
