Count Kuno yon Moltke, as coproseuctor, offered to abandon! the prosecution for slander if Heir Harden ■withdrew his charge of immorality. Herr Harden agreed, hut the Public Prosecutor proceededl with the re-trial, and Harden was fined 600 marks.
Count yon Moltke swore that the imputation's against him were baseless. ■.-■•.'
