MELBOURNE, April 19. The Federal Prime Minister expects that when the House meets he will; be- challenged over his position re?<i garding the presentation of a "Dreadnought" to the Mother Country. The Postmaster-General has publicly stated that if the Government are defeated they will apply for a dissolution.
