CLEARING SALE.

In another column the N.Z. Loan' and' Mercantile Agency' Company insert a detailed list of the horses and! agricultural implements they have been instructed, by Mr John Leslie, to sell to-morrow at "Wocdbourne, ' Blenheim. On reference to the lisG it will be seen the lines to be disposed! of contain a lull and complete farming plant, the horses being a lot of all-round good sorts and the implements practically new, and when it is understood that the whole of the lines were personally selected by Mr Leslie for his own use it will be recognised that they are the best procurable, and buyers may attend feeling full confidence that all lots will be worthy ofi their attention. The sale, which will commence promptly at 1 o'clock,^ is being held solely on account of MiLeslie having recently disposed of the "Woodbourne" property, and therefore, having no further use for the working plant. Luncheon will be provided, and buyers are invited to visit "Woodbourne" during the morning of the sale to thoroughly inspect the lines that will be offered at the auction by the N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Company.
