BLUEJACKETS LANDED AT,
MERSINA
(Received April 21, 8.5 a.m.) ATHENS, April 20. Mukhtar Pasha reached Athens* aboard a German vessel. He states that the Ministry and Parliament/ were too cowardly to proclaim a state of siege, otherwise the revolt WouldE have been nipped in the bud. British warships landed 800 bluejackets at Mersina (Asia Minor).
