AUCKLAND, March 5.
Clifford Dawson, a young man of 18, the second son or the■, Rev. J. Dawson, of Wellington, was drowned while bathing at Shelly Beach yesterday. His companion, A. Carbine, went to his help, and had a narrow escape from drowning..
