AUSTRIA AND COMPENSATION.
MONTENEGRO THREATENED.
VIENNA} Oct. 18. The Viennese press angrily protest against the idea of compensating Servia and Montenegro. The majority of the papers suggest that "Austria should not be represented at the conference of the. Powers unless the compensation clause is deleted. Austria is massing troops close to the southern frontier of Montenegro.
