As a means of enabling the sender of a letter addressed to a place abroad to prepay the postage on a reply, the Department issues reply coupons on payment of a fee of 3d. * These coupons may be exchanged for a postage stamp of the value of 2|d in any, country which adopts, the scheme. REGISTRATION. Universal fee of 2d to all places. The sender of a registered article may obtain acknowledgment of its due receipt on payment in advance of 2id. .# PARCEL POST. * Maxmum weight, '•' 111b ; greatest length, Bft 6in ; greatest length and girth combined, 6Ft. Inland, 4d for first lb, and 2d for each succeeding 1b or fraction thereof. United Kingdom, not exceeding 81b, Is; not" exceeding 71b, 2s ; not exceeding 111b, 3s. Australian States, 8d for first lb, and 6d for e*ch succeeding lb or fraction thereof up to IMb. PATTERNS AND SAMPLES.
