Board the items of the national programme prepared at the Birmingham Conference; hence the various Boards must meet to discuss the signalmen's demand for an eight-hours* day, single booking for day work, time anda-quarter for overtime on week days, time and a-half for' Sundays, «pd an increase in the wages of those not receiving eight hours and in tho case of London workers.
