CAPETOWN, July 17
Speaking in the Cape Assembly, Dr. Viijoen gave notice of a resolution declaring that the reasons given for Australian restrictions on the importation of Cape forage were unsatisfactory ; adding that if restrictions were necessary in Australia there, were similar reasons for restricting the entry of' Australian produce into Gape Colony. /-
Furthermore, the resolution stated, there was no reason for continuing differential .arrangements between South Africa and Australia.
