A MISSING LAND AGENT.

WARRANT FOR HIS ARREST.

WELLINGTON, May 9. A warrant for the arrest of A. C. Elliott, the missing Wellington bankrupt, has been taken out by Mr A. J. Wicks, a creditor for £12, alleged to have been collected by Elliott on Wicks's account and converted to his own use. Action, however, will not be taken by the police unless Wicks or some other creditor guarantees the expenses, and' so far this has not been done.

At the request of the New Zealand police, the Sydney l authorities are making inquiries as to the present whereabouts of Elliott. ' ',
