(Received May 10, 4.2 p.m.) LONDON. May 9. Irish .suffragettes at JOundee, by maintaining persistent bell-ringing, greatly interfered with a meeting: held by Mr Churchill, who, while refusing to apologise for his remarks in connection with the Peckham byelection, explained that he did not intend to reflect on the personal character of the suffragettes. v
