Owing to the refusal of • Canon Bardsley to support his original charges Against Canon Nash, Archbishop Clarke has withdrawn his order for Nash's permanent disability, and has given Mr . Justice Hodges, Chancellor of the Diocese of |]Vlelbourne, and Archdeacon Hindley, discretion to publish Bardsley's written accusation, also Nash's apology to Ethel1 Bardsley and, her signed statement. The Archbishop has no objection to everything being published if the Chancellor, and VicarGeneral approve that course. Nash is urged by his family to return to England.
