Mr Pryor, organising secretary of the New Zealand Employers' Federation, states that the Federation, hot being a party to the dispute, cannot take action against those alleged to be aiding and abetting the Blackball strikers. An offer has been mdde to the Blackball Company to institute proceedings, and this has been accepted. The Federation is prepared to engage counsel and bear the expense of the action.^
