DINIZULU'S TRIAL.
CHARGES AGAINST THE MAGISTRATE. [press association.] DURBAN, April 17. The Supreme Court of Natal refused the application of Dinizulu for the removal of Mr Bennett, the magistrate who is conducting the preliminary examination, on the ground of illegalities. .- The Court denied the right of the public or the press to be present at the examination.
