ELEVEN RUSSIAN PRISONERS ESCAPE. ALL SHOT BUT THREE. [PEESS ASSOCIATION.] _ LONDON, April 16. Keuter s St. Petersburg correspondent reports that eleven political prisoners who were imprisoned at Penza after killing two warders and ! wounding a third, escaped to the roof through a hole m the ceiling of their j cell. While they were* lowering themselves by ropes made from their bedclothes a warder shot one of them Another one flung a powerful bomb, and the ten succeeded in reaching the open country. . . &me The guards hotly pursued them, and killed seven of the fugitives, the other three escaping.
