A MOTOR-CAR FATALITY. DOCTOR COMMITTED FOR TRIAL. [PEESS ASSOCIATION.] CHRISTCHURCH, April 16. Dr. Dian*»»d, the driver of the motor-car which collided with a tramcar at Addington on February 22, when Sidney R. Merrett, a^n occupant of the motor, was killed, was charged yesterday with manslaughter arising out of his alleged negligent and improper, driving, and was committed for trial.
