THE WORKER AND HIS WORK. While Dunedin reports are to the effect that many men are walking the streets of that city in idleness, there is a persistent cry from most of the Dominion as to the scarcity of labour. The Government Labour Bureau might very well take some steps to remove from Dunedin the unemployed, who are not wanted there, and transfer them to Hawera, Hastings and other places, where their services may be profitably utilised.
