LICE IN SHEEP.
It is a matter of common knowledge that during last winter lice in sheep assumed- the dimensions of a plague throughoutii New Zealand, but it may not be so generally ' known that no flock which was dipped in Quibell's Patent' Powder Dip in the autumn has been' affected by the pest in the. slightest degree. This is a statement which every sheep man (should investigate for hinuielf. No doubt some neighbour used this dip last autumn.; if so, ask him what about lice in his sheep. The strictest investigation has hitherto failed to disclose a single case of lousy sheep among flocks dipped in ' this famous specific, which is regularly used on the most noted flocks in existence to-day.... . , ,
