INVERCARGILL, Jan. 8. Speaking at a luncheon to Admiral Fawkes yesterday, the Prime Minister said that there would be no alteration in the naval agreement. Ib would be sound policy, he con T ; tinued, for the Government to have'; a thousand youngsters on, a, ship, and if they could get a suitable vessel they were prepared to pay for its upkeep. They would provide pensions for the lads, too. ~ •
