The Committee paid accounts to the extent of £64 8s 9d, and then adjourned for a week. The trophy given by Mr McGuire for the winner of the barrel race was a very nicjß watch, and was won by Master H. Simpson. G. Wratt was first in the Pelorus Handicap with seven points, F. Johnston second with 5 points, and A. Dalton third with 4 points. The Committee expect to have a balance in hand of about £25 this year.
