Among the exhibits at the Women's Exhibition which attracted most attention to-day was Miss' Rout's quite unique display of hand-made books.
This New Zealand lady is responsible for some of the most, original work in the applied art section.
Lady Northcote purchased several of Miss Rout's books.
; When spring appears it is the signal that calls for a demand for light suits. The variety of suitings now being submitted to gentlemen are the newest in colours, and design, and all selected from the best English Houses. Orders are now being booked daily for coming events.
