OUR DOMINION.

In pirating the designation of Canada, New Zealand has paid a distinct compliment to our cousins across the sea. Whether the rose by other name will smell as sweet, remains to be seen. If, also, we will go a step further and copy the liberal land legislation of Canada, we will have conferred a boon upon posterity, excused the temporary distension of cur cranium, and added another day to the list upon which inspectors of factories cease from troubling.—Farmers' Advocate.
