School Cadets parade at Borough School, and then march to Drill Shed to join Volunteers. 10.15 a.m.—Mariborough Mounted Rifles, High School Cadets, and Garrison Band parade at Drill Shed. 10.30 a.m. —Procession through town to Market Place. 11 a.m.—Reading of Declaration by Mayor of Blenheim, and hoisting of flag.
