Dalgety and Company, Ltd. report on their wool and skin sale held yesterday. There was a good entry anu a good number of both local and foreign buyers. Prices for skins showed a sharp rise, fine crossbred and halfbred brought as high as 10d, merino 7Jd to 83d, crossbred 9d, dead and broken 63d to Bd, hoggets 9d, wool crutching 5Jd to 7d, eye clipping sd, dead 6£d; hides 10s 6d to 235; horse hair Is 2d ; rough fat £17 3s. rendered shipping line £23 15s.
