LONDON, Sept..23.
The United Kingdom Commercial Travellers' Association's Central Board, at its annual meeting at Preston, adopted a resolution expressing regret at the Commonwealth tariff, predicting disastrous effects to many of the Motherland's industries, and adding that the preference allowed would have no practical effect on the development of British industries.
