Thursday, the 26th September, Dominion Day, will be observed as a dose holiday at all Post Offices in the district. - „, , Mails usually closed ■on Thursday will close a-t 7 a.m. There will be -no delivery by the letter-carriers'on Thursday, but a delivery of correspondence will be made over the public counter on Wednesday between 7 and 8 p.m. The Telegraph Branch will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to midnight. Telegrams for transmission should be presented at the operatingroom door, side entrance. The Telephone Exchange will be open as usual!.
