SULTRY WEATHER IN NEW SOUTH WALES. [press association.] (Received Sept. 23, 9.35 a.m.) SYDNEY, Sept. 23. A heat wave prevails throughout the State. The thermometer was over 89 in Sydney on Saturday—the second highest September record since 1859. Bourke recorded 97.
