DOMINION DAY.
The following telegram has been received by Mr Hyltori, Secretary of the Marlborough Education Board, from the Under-Secretary for Education:— " In places where children are not included in local celebrations of Dominion Day, the Government aesires them to be assembled to salute the flag at l n a.m., when the declaration of the Dominion is being read by the Governor."
