September Handicap—Mataari and Hiro (dead heat) 1, Silver Shell 3. All started. A great race. Dividends, £2 15s and £2 17s. Welter Hack—Koran 1, Sylvan Park 2, Belario 3. All started. Won by three-quarters of a length. Dividends, £4 9s and £1 ds. The amount put through the totalisator was £5037, making £11,251 for the meeting—£44s more than last year.
