A PLUCKY FINISH

The Courier, commenting on Saturday's match, says: " Considering that the New Zealanders played two men short, they played a game of which? .they can feel justly prbud." The Daily Mail says: " The Queenslanders are to be congratulated on the excellent fight in the second half, and had they played with similar dash iii the opening stages they would have been nearer to their opponents' score at the. finish; but it must be remembered that. in losing two men the New Zjealanders were greatly handicapped, lney are to be complimented on the plucky finish of their thirteen men."
