Withdrawal of Advertisements in the* " Express" must be in writing. Advertisements received without such instructions will be inserted until countermanded, and charged accordingly. Notice to withdraw advertisements must be given in writing not lateu than 1 p.m. Advertisements inserted by the month or quarter, and withdrawn atany time before the expiry of »'- ---monthly or quarterly period, are charged for as if inserted for the full* term. Alterations to standing advertisements should be handed in fry Bp.m. the day before they are required to appear. Any person writing to the "Express" Office for information in regard to advertisements already appearing in the paper must send stamped addressed envelope in order to ensure reply. Advertisers in the country can remifi payment by Money-Order or Postage Stamps. For the convenience of advertisers, replies to advertisements may be sentl fcipthe Publishing Office; but the Managsment will not accept any responsibility in this respect. JSvery care will be esercised in regard to the due insertion of advertisements, but the Proprietor does not hold himself responsible for the noninsertion through accident or from other causes; and the right is reserved of omitting advertisements that he may deem objectionable, even 'although such advertisements may have been received and paid for in the usual course of business.

All literary communications should ba addressed to the Editor, and all communications relating to matters of business to the Proprietor.
