Withdrawal of Advertisements in" the » " Express " must be in writing. Ad~ vertisements received without such instructions will be inserted until countermanded, and charged accordingly. Notice to withdraw advertisement!must be given in writing not later than 1 p.m. Advertisements inserted by the ■ month or quarter, and withdrawi^at any time before the expiry of ■U monthly or quarterly period, are charged lor as if inserted for the full" term. Alterations to standing advertisements should be handed in by 8> p.m. the day before they are required ' to appear. Any person writing to the " Express" Office for information in regardto advertisements already appearing in the paper must send stamped J addressed envelope in order to ensure reply. Advertisers in the tjountry can remifl payment by Money-Order or PostageStamps. For the convenience of advertisers, replies to advertisements may be sent' to the Publishing Office; but the Management will not accept any responsibility in this respect. Every care will be exercised in regard to the due insertion of advertisements, but the Proprietor does hot hold himself responsible for the noninsertion through accident or fronv other causes; and the right is reserved* of omitting advertisements that he may deem objectionable, even although such advertisements may have been received and paid for in the usnal course of business.
