MANAROA'S LICENSE TO BE
CANCELLED

HAVELOCK, July 25. In consequence of recent disclosures concerning tho packet-license system on some vessels in the Colony, the owners of'the Manaroa have given instructions that the bar on the steamer shall be closed, and the vessel's packetlicense will be cancelled.
