Withdrawal of Advertisements in the* " Express " must be in writing. Advertisements received without "such instructions will be inserted until countermanded, and charged accordingly. Notice to withdraw advertisementsmust be given in writing not latee than 1 p.m. Advertisements inserted by the' month or quarter, and withdrawn at any time Defore the expiry of »• monthly or quarterly period, are charged for as if inserted for the fnlP teim. Alterations to standing advertisements should be handed in by &' p.m. the day before they are requiredto appear. ■ ■ Any person writing to the " Expiess" Office for information in regara to advertisements already appearing in the paper must send stamgefß* addressed envelope in order to enSttre* reply. Advertisers in the country can remifi payment by Money-Order or Postage Stamps. For the convenience of advertisers, replies to advertisements may be sent; to the Publishing Office; but the Management will not accept any responsibility in this respect. Every care will be exercised in Fegard to the due insertion of advertisements, but the Proprietor does not hold himself responsible for the tfonlnsertion through accident or frfcffi. other causes; and the right is reserve* ot omitting advertisements that he may deem objectionable, even although such advertisements may have been received and paid for in the usual course of business. All literary communications should ba addressed to the Editor, and all communications relating to matter of business to the Proprietor.
