Russian General Wants More
Troops.

The Chronicle's Chefoo correspondent states that the Japanese landed at Kinkow on Sunday and captured Niuchwang on Monday evening, the Russians falling back to protect the railway.
General Kuropatkin requests that the goods traffic be stopped, and more troops and transports be sent immediately.
