PROBABLE DUTIES ON WHEAT AND MEAT.
Received July 16, 93 a.m. London, July 15. The Birmingham Post, in a supposed semi-officially-inspired article, suggests that the Government are likely to propose a duty of two shillings per quarter on wheat, and one-eighth of a penny per pound on meat.
