THE BISLEY RIFLE MEET ING.
Press Association, Electric Telegraph. Copyright. London, Jnly 13. Tbe British and colonial teams in the competition at the Bisley meeting for the JPalma trophy (won by America), were handicapped owing to the aperture sight used by the Americans on their rifles proving useful in the glarish light which prevailed.
It is the opinion of Australians that the War Office should recognise this contrivance.
