Sir,™A lot of new legislation is to bo discussed in the Parliamentary session, which opens shortly, and it is quite time our number called his constituents together and gave us the benefit of bis viewj on matters of importance. Mr Mills has always had the courtesy to call a public meeting of the electors before the session commenced, and it is to be hoped that he is not this year going b;;ck on the time-honored practice. —I am, &c, Waiiuij Elector.
