TO BE CONTROLLED BY THE
WESTERN POWERS.
London, April 13.
The Standard states that an agreement has been concluded between England, France, and Germany whereby they will participate equally in controlling the proposed Bagdad railway, the Turkish Customs guaranteeing the revenues. Three English directors have already been chosen.
