An individual suddenly handed to> the Grand Duke Nicholas of Russia, near Shipka, where he went in connection with the opeming of the Memorial Church, a petition representing the Macedonian Committee, praying the Czar to intervene to secure the amelioration of the condition of the Bulgarians.
