ALLEGATION AGAINST LORD KITCHENER.
London, September 26.
Mr Reitz's son, speaking at Marseilles, declared that Lord Kitchener did not keep several verbal promises which he made at Vereeniging, particularly about the Capo rebels and a general amnesty. Mr Steyn's secretary's shorthand notes would, he said, shortly be published, and would prove this.
