Mr Harris, District Councillor and Honorary Secretary of the East Limerick Executive of the Irish League, was sentenced to three months' hard labour on charges of intimidation and conspiracy, and was also ordered to find sureties for good behaviour or undergo an additional sentence of three months without hard labour.
