♦ DONATIONS TO THE WELLINGTON HO3PITAL. Wellington, Jane 11. A prirate letter received from a member of the Fifth Contingent, dated Beira, states that the piano presented to the Wellington section of that Contingent by Mrs Brough, sold for £20, and the money is to be> forwarded to the Wellington Hospital. It is also said that the pro* gramme of the concert held on board thft Wairaate with Lieut.*Oolonel Newall's autograph was submitted to auction and realised £7 It, This: amount too is to be remitted to the Wellington Hospital.
