In addition to the usual prohibition of articles likely to injure mails the following will not ba received : — Publications which violate the copyright laws, poisons, lotto y tickets, advertisements or circulars, obscene cr immoral articles, f iulty explosive and inflammable substancee, live or dead animals, fruits and vegetables.
