VICTORIA'S HARVEST. LORD BRASSEY'S RAGING YACHT. [UNITED PBKBB ABBOOIATIDH.] Melbourne, December 12. Harvesting is now general m Victoria. The general quality of the new wheat is excellent. The grain is fuller, and more free from soot than last year. Lord Brassey, Governor of Victoria, who is about to return to England, his term of office being near its end, has sold his racing yacht Helen to Mr G. F. Garrard.
