Advices from Africa state that Lieut. Kealing, of the Prince of Wales' Leicester Regiment, Oorporal Gate, and 12 natives belonging to the Koyal Niger Co^'a force were killed while parleying with, a chief at Zelwa, Niger territory.
A British officer from Fashoda reports that he visited Mishraerak, a town on the junction of the rivers Jur and Bahr £1 Ghazal, some 200 miles south-west of Fashoda. He does not mention any French posts there, but found three others elsewhere m the Bahr El Ghazal region. Bbblin, December 7.
