REWARD FOR SPANISH FLAGS.
PATRIOTIC INDIANS. Received April 22, 9.80 a.m. Washington, April 21. American newspapers are offering rewards for the first Spanish flags captured m the campaign. One offers a thousand dollars for the capture of General Weyler, dead or alive. Two thousand Sioux Indians have have volunteered to serve under the American flag. The rumored purchase by America of the Canada liners Etruria and Umbria is now officially denied. Madrid, April 21. General Woodford has left Madrid for Paris.
