Melbourne, April 13. While Mr Justice Williams was on a holiday trip he slipped and broke his knee-cap, and will be incapacitated from duty for several weeks. As the result of continued pestering by members of Parliament on behalf of unemployed constituents, the Minister of Railways has forwarded letters to members, stating that the Premier forbids the acceptance of any recommendations for employment m the Railway Department from members.
