SHOOTING COMPETITION. The"A" class of the B.R.V. fired the final competition of their second series this morning. The weather was favorable, and the poor scores made is attributed to faulty ammunition. Every man missed the target three or four times, and very low. Vol. Morrison secures Lieut. Fowler's trophy ; Vol. Dawes secures the Corporal's trophy; and Vol. Freeth secures the consolation. The third class fire their final on Friday morning. The following are the scores : —
